Shipping Information
This section covers everything about our delivery process, including how and when we send your parcel.
Who Handles Shipping?
All parcels are delivered through Royal Mail. They’re the UK’s most widely used postal service, delivering over 1.4 billion parcels annually. Each order sent from us includes a unique tracking number so that you can follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival.
Processing Times
We process orders placed before 7 pm (Monday to Friday) on the same day. If you order after 7 pm, your parcel will be processed the next working day. That means, if you order on a Friday evening, your item won’t be dispatched until Monday (unless it’s a bank holiday).
Delivery Options
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Free Delivery)
This option is free for all orders over £20. It’s a tracked service, and most parcels arrive in 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.
Royal Mail Next Day Delivery
If you need your items urgently, this is the fastest service we offer. For £7.99, Royal Mail aims to deliver your parcel the next working day after dispatch.
Royal Mail Tracked 48
This is the most affordable tracked option for orders under £20. It comes with a delivery charge of £2.99.
General Notes on Delivery
-
All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can vary slightly based on Royal Mail’s schedule and route availability.
-
Tracking information will be updated by Royal Mail once your parcel is scanned or out for delivery.
-
We dispatch on working days (Monday to Friday). Orders made after 7 pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.
-
Once your item is handed over to Royal Mail, delivery is managed on their side. You’ll still have access to full tracking.
What If My Parcel Is Delayed?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the estimated timeframe, please allow:
-
3 working days for Tracked 24
-
2 working days for Next Day
-
5 working days for Tracked 48
If the parcel still hasn’t arrived, reach out to us. We’ll check the tracking, contact Royal Mail if needed, and help resolve the issue.
Tracking and Notifications
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number. From there, you can check progress directly through Royal Mail’s tracking portal.
You might also receive updates via SMS if you’ve provided a mobile number during checkout.
