Return & Refund Policy

IMMYZ makes sure you are taken care of if you need to return something. Our refund and return policy explains what to do if you want to send something back.

Timeframe for Returns

From the moment you get your package, you have a period of 30 days to initiate a return. It’s important to act within this timeframe because, after 30 days, we unfortunately won’t be able to accept return requests. 

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, there are a few important conditions the product must meet: 

  • The item should be in the same condition that you originally received it. This means the product should look new: without signs of wear, stains, or damage caused after it left our care.

  • Moreover, if your item arrived with tags, packaging, or labels, these should still be intact and included.

  • The item should not have been used or worn. 

  • Please keep hold of your receipt or proof of purchase. This document serves as confirmation that the product was bought from us and helps us verify the transaction.

Starting a Return

If you decide you want to send a product back, the first step is to reach out to us via email at contact@immyz.co.uk. Please don’t send the item back without talking to us first, because returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted. When you contact our team, let us know which item you wish to return and the reason. Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to proceed along with the correct return shipping address. 

Damages and Issues Upon Receipt

You must check your order as soon as it arrives. Take a moment to inspect the item carefully to make sure it is the right product and that it has arrived in good condition. If you notice it is defective, damaged, or there is a mistake, such as receiving the wrong item, please contact us immediately. The sooner you reach out, the faster we can look into the issue and work out the best way to fix it for you.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain products cannot be accepted back due to safety, hygiene, or practical reasons. For example, used or opened vaping products such as e-liquids, pods, and vapes are not eligible for return. These items come into direct contact with the user, so we must ensure health and safety by not accepting them once opened or used.

If you’re uncertain about an item’s return eligibility, we encourage you to contact us. We can clarify and provide guidance based on the product and situation.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes an exchange might be what you want, such as if you would like a different size or colour of the same product. The fastest way to get the item you prefer is to return the original product following the process described above. Once we accept your return, you can then place a new order for the new product.

Refunds and Payment

When your return shipment reaches us, our team will carefully inspect the item to verify it meets the return conditions outlined. We will confirm whether the refund can be approved based on this inspection. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the payment method you originally used for the purchase. 

Other Important Notes

  • Returned items that do not comply with the stated conditions, such as missing packaging, being worn or used, may be rejected and sent back to you.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending your return to ensure that your package doesn’t get lost in transit.

  • Shipping fees for returns are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
