How your order gets to you
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Choose Tracked 24, Tracked 48, or Next Day at checkout — tracking updates land once Royal Mail attempts delivery.

Free delivery on orders above £20.
Processing times
- Orders placed before 7pm Mon–Fri will be processed on the same day.
- Orders placed after 7pm Mon–Fri will be processed on the next working day.
- Any order placed after 7pm on Friday will be dispatched on the next working day (usually Monday unless it is a Bank Holiday).
- No orders are dispatched on weekends, however you may receive a dispatch notification once the postage label has been generated.
